Floor Tom Rattle

Anyone have any ideas what this is or if this is normal.

How can i fix this. Small and it works. When placing mics and setting levels the other day i noticed a rattle and after hunting found it came from 2 of the sm57 s. However the 14 floor tom has an odd rattle from the head when played.

Due to a cramped space i have always had to have my 18 on my left side next to the the snare. I will definitely buy a couple more one to go between my mounted toms to keep the occasional rattle away i keep them really close. The plastic piece on top is really really lose and rattles after tom hits. The snare doesn t make this sound. Is my floor tom not tuned right on my drums. You get soniclear bearing edges suspension mounts and floor tom feet for impressive tone and tuneability.
