Also my snare has a more of marching band sound when i hit it i want it to have less of the crackling sound more like linkin park s drummer so any suggestions.

You can loosen it a bit but that would effect the sound of your snare when hitting it you can barely hear it if you re playing it though so just leave it.
But if your having issue on rack toms where you need to get creative with muffling the issue is the heads tuning or both.
And they buzz horribly with my toms but im not too worried about that.
